Once we have received contact from you (via the web, e mail, a phone call) we will
set up a Free consultation at your home. On our visit we will meet with you and
your pet. During this meeting we will: Go over all of your questions about pet sitting and our services. At this time you will meet with the sitter that will be assigned to your pet The information that we will need to collect from you is:
Your pets habits their likes and dislikes. The word phrasing you use with them A copy of their medical records (vaccination records) Their vet's name and number Any exercise routine that should take place If they need to be fed the location of their food Any other details we may need to know to provide the best care.

all their leashes, collars, treats, leashes and bowls are. Instructions on how
you want these items used. We are looking to get accustomed to where all your
pet supplies are. Obtain a copy
of your house key and alarm if there is one. Before leaving our consultation
visit, we will we check to make sure the key and alarm work. We will go over
and fill out all forms. Once you have
approved of our services and our sitter, we will establish the quantity of visits
you are looking for and how many pets will be sat for. We will go over the pricing
and calculate it for you. Any and all contact
information for emergencies or otherwise. Medical instructions
and permission forms. Go over what
you would like to take place on each visit. Once this has
all taken place our visits will start immediately. All of your information
will remain on file, which enables us to give consistent love and care to your
pet in the same manner we discussed. For any future
visits you can contact us and we will put you back on the schedule. After each visit
we leave behind a checklist that will give you a detailed description of all
activities that took place. There is a comment section that we can leave notes
back and forth. After each visit
we can send you a text message letting you know about our visit.
